1. About the service
HemoTrack helps you structure and understand medical test results in plain language. The service is informational and is not a medical service.
2. Not a substitute for a doctor
HemoTrack does not diagnose, prescribe treatment, or replace a doctor's consultation. Health decisions are made by you together with a specialist.
3. Account and access
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. In family accounts, profile access is managed by the account owner.
4. Payment
Your first page of test results is free. Further interpretations are charged according to the rules in effect in the app at the time of use. Charges appear in your transaction history.
5. Limitation of liability
We aim for accurate recognition and interpretation but do not guarantee perfect OCR or automated interpretation. When in doubt, check against the original lab form and discuss with your doctor.
