HemoTrack is an informational support service for understanding medical test results. We process personal and medical data in accordance with applicable law.
2. Data we process
We may process: email address, profile data (name, date of birth, sex, height, weight — if provided), uploaded test files, recognized indicators, interpretation history, family account settings, and technical device data needed to run the app.
3. How we use data
Data is used to recognize tests, show interpretations, store history, manage family access, send service notifications, and improve the product. We do not sell medical data or share it with third parties for advertising.
4. Medical data
Test results are sensitive information. We use encryption at rest and in transit, separate access between family profiles, and do not use test content in marketing messages.
5. Retention and your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion by writing to info@hemotrack.ai. We retain data while your account is active, unless a longer period is required by law.
